Just got a call from PTFP strongly suggesting that you send things to them
using alternatives to the U.S. mail.  They are still not getting regular
mail deliveries, and mail postmarked October is still dribbling in.   

I suggest FedEx, UPS, or any other service to the U.S. mail.  In fact, you
should consider this alternative for all you DC and DC area mail.
