I have printed this out an am looking it over.

A quick glance, we could apply for "digital conversion" and get some 
equipment for IBOC  (the new digital broadcasting) .

We could get a new transmitter (analog and digital) and then our current 
could be a backup.
Also a new digital Studio to Transmitter link and some studio equipment.

Of course we would have to match the required amount.
