Hi Stan and all,
If you'd like to hear from me about why I'm not happy with the process
of instituting and scheduling programmer evaluations before all input
was considered and before the board had a chance to OK the methodology,
I'll be happy to be there Tuesday to discuss it with the committee. My
concern is for all programmers to be evaluated on a fair and level
playing field. The suggestion that some will be evaluated shortly, with
suggestions still in play for those evaluated later, doesn't seem
uniformly fair to me.
