[FFCF-Bylaws] Meeting Announcement

The FFCF By-Laws Committee shall meet on Saturday, April 24, 2004,
at the Foundation Offices at 1435 North Wishon.  The meeting time will
be at 2:00PM, and is expected to run no later than 3:30PM at this time.

The initial order of business will be to distribute for review copies
of the pending by-laws revision proposal for the Fresno Free College
Foundation that was compiled by the previous By-Laws Committee.  This
proposal is not binding on this committee, but is to be used as a
starting point for continued or necessary revision.

Upon completion of the review process, the proposal will be submitted to
an attorney for legal review, and submitted to the Fresno Free College
Foundation for revision, approval or rejection.

If approved, it will be submitted to the membership for a vote to approve
or reject.

Additionally, the appointment or election of a secretary for the Committee
is needed.

At present, the members of the Committee are Mark Hernandez, Gerry Bill
and Nick deGraff.

Any persons interested in participation, or who cannot attend, should
contact me at the e-mail address below.  For those who are attending, we
would like to have an idea of how many are attending in order to assure
that we have sufficient seating.
