FWIW, "first annual" is bad form. :) Should be "first" or "inaugural" (bleh)
or something like that. Nothing is "annual" until it's happened a second

Here is the blurb I was thinking of putting into the flyer which will be
sent out to about 9000 folks in the foothills and addresses we have from
customers in the valley as well. Just needed some help in wording this so
that it sounds good and is correct. Would this make you want to come? This
is in a list oof 4 other events, listed as the second one on the page on the
back side of our schedule of classes.
KFCF Spring Music Festival Saturday, June 1st, 10am-6pm
Our First Annual Spring Music Festival Fundraiser for the Feesno Free
College Foundation's radio station promises to be a great entertaining
event! Local Musicians from the foothill and valley area will perform for
our enjoyment. Delicious food and refreshment available. All proceeds
benefit KFCF. Admission sliding scale: Adults $20-$35, Children under 16 $5
As you can see I really need help on this. It needs to be noit much longer
than this, but please give me some advice!! bb And by the way, I have
received messages back from Vic and Rych. How about the rest of you? Is this
date OK?? Can you all be here??? Need someone to 'person' the table to
collect money, etc.

Hi all,
Getting our yearly events and classes flyer ready for the printer by end of
nest week (Jan 18th) and thinking about a Music Festival fundraiser at the
Nursery on Sat. June 1st all day. What do you all think? What about the
date? I was thinking of selling tickets for sliding scale Adult $20 - $35
and children $5-$10 ahead of time and at the door??? We could sell them and
you could too and we could have them avail through the mail or at special
spots in Fresno. Then I was thinking of inviting groups like Waddama, cloud
99, Tocanto, Jeremiah Barkman, Jemmy Bluestein & Evo, etc. to play on stage
for an hour or more throughout the day from 9am - 5pm. then we could have a
lunch table where people buy lunch and drinks and get the food donated too.
All proceeds go to KFCF. any ideas from you all? Please think this over and
let me know what you think. I will be making calls to get musicians lined up
and food lined up soon - this next week - so I can safely put it on the
calendar of events if you all think this date and idea will work. Thanks,
