Minutes from Program Committee Meeting 9/13/05

1. Quorum: Stan Poss(chair), Rand Stover, Rych Withers, Dave Gendron,
Vic Bedoian, Leni Reeves (recording)
2.  Minutes from 8-9-05 read and approved with correction of item 2:
July 12, not May 2.
3.  Program Evaluation form and process
     A. Form, as now completed and approved by program committee to
be submitted to Board for approval at next weeks's meeting by Stan.
     B. Programs drawn for evaluation by random process will be
evaluated once process and form Board approved. (Wasteland of the
Free, Valley Politics, and Street Heat were chosen by blind lottery.)
     C. CD's and forms will be distributed only after Evaluation Form
receives Board approval (Rych will distribute then.)
4.  Surveys go to Rych for tabulation (checks must be pulled 1st)
after which anyone may view the surveys at the station, and Board
members and Program Committee members can "check them out" for short
periods.
5.  Valley Politics request for expansion received and action or
recommendation deferred until survey results tabulated and programs
evaluated.
6.  Next meeting Tues Oct 11, at the Station.
